1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 66pk ("66pk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 66pk.bet ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing the 66pk website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested for the purposes of identity verification ("KYC"). Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the potential forfeiture of all funds held within it.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 66pk Platform. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to a single individual — regardless of whether different names, contact details, or payment methods are used — constitutes a violation of these Terms. 66pk employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and any winnings may be voided at the sole discretion of 66pk.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 66pk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 66pk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify 66pk immediately via live chat or by contacting support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 66pk will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your contact number, payment method, or address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66pk Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 66pk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on the user's side (at the payment method or bank level) is the sole responsibility of the user, and 66pk accepts no liability for exchange rate differences or conversion fees.

66pk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Supported payment methods are subject to change. The list of available methods displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction is authoritative.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Platform's withdrawal section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: 66pk aims to process withdrawal requests on the same business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any KYC or security verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule"). 66pk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Fees: 66pk does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which 66pk accepts no responsibility.

66pk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.

Deposits made to 66pk are for the purpose of gambling and betting only. Deposited funds that remain unused may be refunded upon request subject to identity verification and compliance checks, provided no bonus funds have been accepted.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 66pk sportsbook and all wagers placed in the 66pk casino or slot games are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including match, market, odds, stake, and game type — before confirming any bet or wager. 66pk does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where the Platform has made a manifest error.

Manifest Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted or a payout is made as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or software malfunction), 66pk reserves the right to void the relevant bet or wager and, where applicable, recover any incorrectly paid winnings from the user's account balance.

Cricket and Sports Betting: Specific rules applicable to cricket betting — including rules governing abandoned matches, reduced-overs formats, player withdrawal markets, and in-play bet settlement — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. These sport-specific rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all users.

Casino and Slots: Casino games and slot titles are governed by the rules of each individual game as specified by the relevant game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective providers. 66pk does not guarantee any minimum payout or winning outcome for any game.

System Errors: In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or system outage that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 66pk will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. 66pk's decision in such matters is final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

66pk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible users only. 66pk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, taking into account account status, deposit history, and prior bonus usage.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may generally hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or the use of third-party software — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66pk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using an account on behalf of a third party without explicit authorisation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in Platform software, game engines, or odds calculation systems to generate artificial winnings.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or match outcomes, including in live dealer casino games.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the 66pk sportsbook.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conceal the proceeds of criminal activity, or facilitate any form of financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Platform software, security systems, or payment processing infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 66pk staff, support agents, or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66pk Platform — including but not limited to the 66pk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 66pk.

Any unauthorised use of 66pk's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 66pk.

9. Privacy & Data

11. Suspension & Termination

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in, or are suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Your account has been identified as a duplicate account.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 66pk to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, 66pk will conduct a review of your account balance. Where closure is not due to breach of these Terms, any legitimate remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-ineligible amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification checks.

You may voluntarily close your 66pk account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.
